I am so happy it finally made it to Mac. I have wanted it for a while but I dont have an iPad! I think it is a beautiful app on the Mac. Works well! Very inspiring! Cant wait to see how it moves forward.

I love having this on my ipad and it really helped for planning when and where to take pics on a recent trip to Italy. The version for the desktop however simply does not work. I restart the app, restart my computer and after the initial welcome page it just goes to a white screen. I hope this gets fixed with an update because I do love the concept of this app and Treys tutorials have helped my photography tremendously.

Well into the rumors I thought I had an Idea of what SOE was all about. The thought behind this incredible, informational as well as sensational app, is (IMHO) to never be surpassed. As a Photographer NOT living in the best of areas for “Great Photography Backdrops”, I personally, am great full and I can easily see others instantly running out to shoot after 5 minutes on it. I didn’t grow up where I live, but I have been here 25 years, after starting up SOE, I spent 3 minutes trying to guess the narrator, then instantly a local “Falcon Sanctuary” popped up…I was like WHAT! Yeah its that great. Thanks to Trey and all The Great People at SIC, and please don’t wait, just download begin, and go of shooting; **Then load your adventures to share with us all!

Every time I travel I use this app. It has allowed me to find many secret areas not advertized by tour guides. Its is a great place to go if you need some photography insporation or just want to be amazed by the photos. I will show exactly down to the the inch of where the photos was taken. Just an amazing app. I highly reccomend this to anyone not just the photographer.

The app has very interesting and exciting content to explore. The home page is attractive. The content makes me want to explore the app further. The app’s content interests me. The photos are educational and fun to explore. It’s a great app to own. I would highly recommend this app to a friend or colleague.

I’m a big fan of Trey’s, and this app seems to be the perfect idea for the digital traveller and photographer. It simply doesn’t work on my Macbook Pro 2011 (17”, AMD Radeon 6750). Click on a Top 50 list, then click on a pin… nada. See the screenshots above with the little postcard previews next to the pinned locations? Yeah, I don’t see that. At all. My review title is misleading as it isn’t a disappointment as much as it flat-out doesn’t work. Will change my score to 10 stars if the bugs get sorted through.

@ TreyRatcliff…lol, I appreciate your honesty. As for the app. I just downloaded it and its absolutely gorgeous. To be continued. 7/31/14 @ calpolymatt….. I seem to be having the same problems you mentioned in your review. It’s a shame because the pics on this app are stunning. I just wish they would work out the bugs that are occurring with many of us…...
